Who I coach

Coaching for the moments that matter at work

I coach leaders and professionals through transitions; stepping up, coming back, moving on with clarity, confidence and support.

  • Returning to work after parental leave

  • Preparing for a promotion or next step

  • Stepping into leadership for the first time

  • Moving to the next level of leadership

  • Developing strategic leadership capability

How it works

We start with what's really going on for you; the challenge, the context, what success looks like and build a coaching relationship around that.

Practical, honest, and paced to you.

I also help organisations build resilient teams and workforce capability.
Learning strategy, skills gap analysis, leadership programmes, and impact evaluation often anchored around the same career transitions above.

A bit about me and why transition work matters to me

Career transitions, workplace challenges and life's bigger changes are rarely separate - they are interwoven, and they tend to show up together.

I've lived that truth myself. Relocating abroad for a new role, returning to a leadership position after maternity leave with no support in place, redundancy, building a business from scratch, and the ordinary, relentless changes that come with family life each one taught me that career and workplace challenges are almost never just about work. They're tangled up with everything else going on in life at the same time.

That's the work I do now. I trained initially through the ICF and I'm now an EMCC Senior Practitioner. Before coaching, I spent years in corporate HR and leadership, talent and learning roles across global organisations. Since going independent in 2018, I've coached around 100 leaders through career transitions and workplace challenges of their own, recognising, as I do, how much of life outside work shapes what happens inside it.

I bring all of it into the room. My job is to make sure you don't have to navigate it all alone.
